Artist
Christophe Maé is a French pop and chanson singer-songwriter, born in Carpentras in 1975. He played Monsieur, the brother of Louis XIV, in the stage musical Le Roi Soleil before beginning his solo recording career. His debut album Mon paradis introduced songs including “On s’attache,” “Parce qu’on sait jamais” and “Belle demoiselle”; later releases include On trace la route, Je veux du bonheur and L’Attrape-rêves. The Mon paradis tour followed his first album and was documented on the live release Comme à la maison. The On trace la route tour came next, followed by concert cycles built around Je veux du bonheur and L’Attrape-rêves. Christophe Maé performed these songs with guitar, harmonica and a full band in Zénith venues and arenas across France.
