About CL
CL is a South Korean rapper and singer, born in Seoul in 1991, who became known as the leader of K-pop group 2NE1. Her solo work includes “The Baddest Female,” “Hello Bitches” and “Lifted,” followed by the album Alpha.
The Hello Bitches Tour became her first solo concert tour in 2016 and took her across North America. She performed at the closing ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, then appeared in 88rising’s Head in the Clouds Forever set at Coachella in 2022, where all four members of 2NE1 reunited for “I Am the Best.”
Her solo itinerary included a ballroom show at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom and a theatre date at Los Angeles’s Microsoft Theater.
