Claptone is a German house DJ and producer who performs in a gold, beaked mask. The project is known for the single “No Eyes” featuring Jaw and the albums Charmer, Fantast and Closer. The Masquerade began in 2016 as Claptone’s recurring party concept and later became an Ibiza residency at Pacha. Claptone presents these shows as masked DJ sets built around house and deep house. Claptone has performed at Coachella in California and appeared at multiple editions of Tomorrowland in Belgium. The masked house set has also featured at Creamfields.
