Cody Johnson is an American country singer-songwriter from Sebastopol, Texas, born in 1987. A former rodeo rider who first released music independently, he is known for the songs “’Til You Can’t,” “On My Way to You” and “The Painter,” as well as the albums Ain’t Nothin’ to It, Human: The Double Album and Leather. Johnson built his audience by playing Texas dance halls and rodeos while releasing albums through his own label. A sold-out performance at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo marked a major step in that history, and his later headline schedule expanded into arenas, including Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Carly Pearce is an American country singer-songwriter from Taylor Mill, Kentucky, born in 1990. Her breakout single “Every Little Thing” also titled her debut album; later releases include “Hide the Wine,” the Lee Brice duet “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” the Ashley McBryde collaboration “Never Wanted to Be That Girl,” and the albums 29: Written in Stone and Hummingbird. The Grand Ole Opry inducted Pearce as a member in 2021, the same year she began headlining The 29 Tour. She joined Kenny Chesney’s Here and Now Tour in 2022, then led the Country Music Made Me Do It Tour in 2023 and followed it with the Hummingbird World Tour. CMA Fest has featured Pearce in the country-music calendar of her adopted hometown, while C2C: Country to Country has brought her shows to audiences in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
