Cœur De Pirate in Forges-les-Eaux

Cœur De Pirate is the stage name of Canadian singer-songwriter and pianist Béatrice Martin, who was born in Montréal in 1989. She writes primarily French-language pop and chanson, and became known through her self-titled debut album and the song “Comme des enfants.” Her catalogue also includes the albums Blonde, Roses and Impossible à aimer, as well as songs such as “Adieu” and “Oublie-moi.” The Roses Tour followed the 2015 album, taking Cœur De Pirate to theatres and clubs in Canada, the United States and Europe. She later toured material from En cas de tempête, ce jardin sera fermé and Impossible à aimer, and has also performed at Osheaga. Montréal is the principal base for her Canadian performances, and she has made repeated concert visits to Paris. Her European itineraries have also included Brussels.
