Combichrist in Lowell

Combichrist is an American industrial band formed in Atlanta in 2003 by Norwegian musician Andy LaPlegua. Its aggressive electronic sound is represented by albums such as Everybody Hates You, What the Fuck Is Wrong with You People? and Making Monsters, as well as tracks including “This Shit Will Fuck You Up” and “Get Your Body Beat.” In 2009, Combichrist opened for Rammstein on the Liebe ist für alle da Tour; the band also supported Rammstein at Madison Square Garden in 2010. Combichrist then headlined Monsters on Tour, supported by Aesthetic Perfection and iVardensphere. Combichrist presents the material through a touring band led by Andy LaPlegua, using guitars, electronics and live percussion. The arrangement brings the project's EBM and industrial-metal catalogue into a full-band concert format. Far beyond its Atlanta base, Combichrist has performed at M’era Luna in Hildesheim and Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig.
