Coti is an Argentine singer-songwriter and guitarist born in Rosario in 1973. He is known for the songs “Nada fue un error” and “Antes que ver el sol,” while his songwriting credits include Diego Torres’s “Color Esperanza,” Julieta Venegas’s “Andar conmigo” and Paulina Rubio’s “Te quise tanto.” The live album Esta mañana y otros cuentos documented his concert repertoire and featured Julieta Venegas, Paulina Rubio and Diego Torres. A later concert with Los Brillantes and an orchestra was released as Coti Sorokin y Los Brillantes en el Teatro Colón, preserving that Buenos Aires performance.
