Paul van Dyk is a German DJ and producer, born in East Germany in 1971, known for melodic trance and the single “For an Angel.” His key albums include Seven Ways, Out There and Back and Reflections, while “Nothing But You” and “Time of Our Lives” are among his other established tracks. During the 1990s, he held a residency at E-Werk in Berlin and performed at the Love Parade. He later took The Politics of Dancing on tour, followed by the Evolution world tour in 2012. His festival appearances include Tomorrowland in Boom and Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. He has also performed repeatedly at A State of Trance events, including its gatherings in Utrecht.
