About Cruzados
Cruzados are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1983 by musicians associated with the Chicano punk group the Plugz. They play roots-oriented rock shaped by punk, blues and Americana, and are known for the albums Cruzados and After Dark, as well as songs including “Motorcycle Girl” and “Bed of Lies.”
In 1985, Cruzados performed at the inaugural Farm Aid concert at Memorial Stadium in Champaign. During their original 1980s run, the band also toured as an opening act for INXS and Fleetwood Mac.
