About Dallas Smith
Dallas Smith is a Canadian country singer born in Langley, British Columbia, in 1977, and the former lead vocalist of rock band Default. He recorded “Wasting My Time” with Default before beginning his solo country career with the album Jumped Right In. His country catalog includes “Tippin’ Point,” “Side Effects,” “Drop” and “Some Things Never Change.”
The 2017 Side Effects Tour took him through Canadian theatres and arenas. In 2019, he and Dean Brody co-headlined the Friends Don’t Let Friends Tour Alone, followed in 2022 by his Some Things Never Change Tour.
His festival appearances have included Boots and Hearts in Ontario and the Cavendish Beach Music Festival on Prince Edward Island.
