About Damn Tall Buildings
Damn Tall Buildings is an American acoustic roots trio formed by musicians who met at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Guitarist Max Capistran, fiddler Avery Ballotta and bassist Sasha Dubyk play bluegrass-rooted Americana, documented on albums including Don’t Look Down and Sleeping Dogs.
The group’s first performances grew out of busking around Boston during its Berklee years. The trio later took that acoustic setup to clubs and roots-music festivals, performing at MerleFest, Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival and FreshGrass.
