Dan Navarro in Baltimore

Dan Navarro is an American folk-rock singer-songwriter born in Los Angeles. He is best known as half of Lowen & Navarro, the duo he formed with Eric Lowen, and as a co-writer of Pat Benatar’s “We Belong.” The duo’s catalogue includes the albums Walking on a Wire and Pendulum, while Navarro’s solo work includes Shed My Skin. In 2009, Lowen & Navarro ended their performing career with a farewell concert at Largo at the Coronet after ALS forced Eric Lowen to leave the stage. Navarro subsequently toured as a solo singer-songwriter, performing voice-and-guitar sets drawn from his solo records and the duo’s catalogue. His solo concerts retain material he wrote and recorded with Eric Lowen.
