David Orlowsky Trio in Munich

David Orlowsky Trio is a German chamber ensemble founded in 1997, known for instrumental music rooted in klezmer. Clarinetist David Orlowsky performs with guitarist Jens-Uwe Popp and double bassist Florian Dohrmann; the trio’s recordings include Klezmer Kings and Paris-Odessa. Touring under its earlier name, David Orlowsky’s Klezmorim, the group performed at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Its concert history also includes the Berlin Philharmonie and the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival. The trio’s farewell concerts were billed as One Last Night.
