Dean Brody & The Reklaws in Grande Prairie

Dean Brody is a Canadian country singer-songwriter born in Smithers, British Columbia, and raised in Jaffray. His storytelling songs range from the family narrative “Brothers” to hits including “Canadian Girls,” “Bring Down the House” and “Where’d You Learn How to Do That?” His albums include Trail in Life, Dirt and Beautiful Freakshow. The 2017 Beautiful Freakshow Tour took him through Canadian arenas, followed in 2019 by the co-headlining Friends Don’t Let Friends Tour Alone with Dallas Smith. He later moved into more intimate rooms for the acoustic Dirt Road Stories Tour.

The Reklaws are a Canadian country-pop duo from Cambridge, Ontario, formed by siblings Jenna and Stuart Walker in 2012. They are known for songs including “Long Live the Night,” “Feels Like That” and “What the Truck,” a collaboration with Sacha, as well as their debut album Freshman Year. In 2013, the duo won the Emerging Artist Showcase at Boots and Hearts and later performed on the festival’s main stage. In 2019, they joined Dean Brody, Dallas Smith and Chad Brownlee on the Canadian Friends Don’t Let Friends Tour Alone.
