Johnny Jewel in Brooklyn

Johnny Jewel is an American electronic musician, producer and composer who founded the Italians Do It Better label and performs with Chromatics, Glass Candy and Desire. His solo records include Windswept, Digital Rain and Themes for Television, while his screen work includes the score for Ryan Gosling’s Lost River. Chromatics’ “Tick of the Clock” and Desire’s “Under Your Spell” both featured in Drive. Johnny Jewel spent much of his live career touring clubs and festivals with Glass Candy and Chromatics. Chromatics performed at Coachella in 2013; after a long break from touring, the group returned to concerts in 2019 and appeared at Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
