Dida Pelled in New Haven

Dida Pelled is an Israeli singer, guitarist and songwriter from Tel Aviv who is based in New York City. Her music draws on jazz, soul and blues, and her recordings include the albums Dida Plays and Sings, Modern Love and Love of the Tiger. Dida Pelled has performed at Jazz at Lincoln Center and Smalls, two central rooms in her adopted city’s jazz scene. She has also taken her guitar-led songs beyond that scene to the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
