Die jungen Zillertaler in Kötschach-Mauthen

Die jungen Zillertaler are an Austrian folk-pop and schlager trio formed in 1994 in the Zillertal. Their upbeat, humorous repertoire draws on polka and volkstümliche Musik; familiar recordings include “Drob’n auf’m Berg (Zwergenlied),” “So a schöner Tag (Fliegerlied)” and “Dem Land Tirol die Treue.” The annual JUZIopenair in Strass im Zillertal became the central event in the group’s concert history, bringing the trio back to its home region for an open-air performance and fan gathering. The group also performs at folk festivals, marquees and schlager events across Austria and Germany.
