Disciple is an American Christian rock band formed in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 1992. Led by vocalist Kevin Young, the group plays hard rock and metal rooted in Christian themes. Its best-known work includes the album Scars Remain and the songs “Game On,” “After the World” and “Dear X (You Don’t Own Me).” The Scars Remain Tour took Disciple across the United States in 2007 with Fireflight and Decyfer Down. The band later performed on the City Rockfest tour alongside Seventh Day Slumber and Nine Lashes.
