The Night Flight Orchestra is a Swedish rock band formed in 2007 by Soilwork vocalist Björn Strid and guitarist David Andersson. The group plays melodic hard rock and AOR shaped by late-1970s and early-1980s radio rock, and is known for albums including Amber Galactic and Aeromantic, as well as songs such as “Gemini” and “White Jeans.” The Aeromantic Experience tour took the band into European clubs in 2020 before the pandemic cut the run short. The Night Flight Orchestra later returned to touring with a full-band show that carries its aviation theme into the musicians’ costumes and stage personas, and its festival appearances have included Sweden Rock Festival and Wacken Open Air.
Edge Of Paradise is an American metal band formed in Los Angeles in 2011 by singer and keyboardist Margarita Monet and guitarist Dave Bates. Their music draws on heavy metal, hard rock and industrial textures, and their catalogue includes the albums The Unknown and Hologram. In 2023, the band joined Lacuna Coil on a United States tour that also featured The Birthday Massacre and Blind Channel. Edge Of Paradise followed that run by touring North America in 2024 as support for Firewind, on dates that also included Immortal Guardian.
