About Drake

Drake is a Canadian rapper and singer born in 1986 whose music spans hip-hop, R&B and pop. Before his recording career, he played Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation. His catalog includes the mixtape So Far Gone, the albums Take Care and Nothing Was the Same, and songs such as “Hotline Bling,” “One Dance” and “God’s Plan.”

The Club Paradise Tour took Drake through theatres and arenas in 2012. He later toured arenas with Future on the Summer Sixteen Tour in 2016 and with Migos on the Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour in 2018. In 2023, he returned to arenas on the It’s All a Blur Tour with 21 Savage.

Drake founded OVO Fest in 2010 and staged it as a recurring hometown event. He also headlined Coachella in 2015.
