Dumbo Gets Mad is an Italian psychedelic-pop project formed in Los Angeles in 2010 by Luca Bergomi. The debut album Elephants at the Door introduced songs including “Plumy Tale,” while later records such as Quantum Leap and Thank You Neil expanded its experimental pop catalog. Dumbo Gets Mad took the project onstage with a live band and appeared at SXSW in Austin during the period around the debut album. The group also brought its psychedelic pop to European festivals, including Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
