Artists
Dymytry is a Czech metal band formed in Prague in 2003. The group plays rhythm-heavy alternative and groove metal, often described by the band as “psy-core,” and performs in distinctive masks. Its best-known records include Homodlak, Agronaut and Revolter. The Monster Meeting concert series paired Dymytry with Traktor for large outdoor shows across the Czech Republic. In 2023, the band marked its twentieth anniversary with a headline concert at Prague’s O2 arena.
Arakain are a Czech heavy and thrash metal band formed in Prague in 1982. They became known through albums including Thrash the Trash, Schizofrenie and Black Jack, and their early lineup included singer Lucie Bílá. The Arakain XXX Anniversary Tour in 2012 marked the band’s thirtieth anniversary and brought Lucie Bílá back as a guest performer. In 2014, Arakain followed it with a joint Czech tour alongside Dymytry.
