E-40 is an American rapper from Vallejo, California, known for his elastic delivery, inventive slang and Bay Area hip-hop sound. A founding member of The Click and founder of Sick Wid It Records, he released the albums In a Major Way and My Ghetto Report Card; “Tell Me When to Go,” “U and Dat” and “Choices (Yup)” are among his signature tracks.

E-40 and Too Short co-headlined a 2018 concert at Oracle Arena in Oakland, bringing their extensive catalogs into the same arena show. He later formed Mount Westmore with Too Short, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg, and the quartet performed at BottleRock Napa Valley in 2021.
