East 17 in Plymouth

East 17 are a British pop group formed in Walthamstow, London, in 1991. Their dance-pop and R&B catalogue includes “House of Love,” “Deep,” “It’s Alright” and “Stay Another Day,” which became the UK Christmas number one in 1994. The albums Walthamstow and Steam established the group’s early sound. The Letting Off Steam: The Around the World Tour followed Steam and took East 17 into arenas in the mid-1990s. A concert from the tour was released on home video, preserving the group’s performance at the Brighton Centre.
