Eddie & The Hot Rods in Norwich

Eddie & The Hot Rods are an English rock band formed in Essex in 1975. Their fast pub rock became closely associated with the emerging punk and new-wave scenes, and they are known for “Do Anything You Wanna Do” and the albums Teenage Depression and Life on the Line. The Marquee Club in London was central to the band’s early live history, and performances recorded there appeared on their debut album. They moved onto larger stages at Reading Festival in 1977, while another period concert was later issued as Live at the Rainbow, documenting Eddie & The Hot Rods at the Rainbow Theatre.
