Edith Márquez in Miguel Hidalgo

Edith Márquez is a Mexican singer and actress, born in Mexico City in 1973, whose music covers Latin pop, romantic ballads, mariachi and ranchera. She joined the pop group Timbiriche in 1988 and later established a solo career with songs including “Mi error, mi fantasía,” “Mírame” and “Por hablarle de ti.” Edith Márquez has repeatedly headlined the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City during her solo career. In 2024, she and Ana Bárbara took their co-headlining Juntas Tour through the United States.
