Elvis Costello & The Imposters in Royal Oak

Elvis Costello & The Imposters are a British rock band formed in 2002 by singer-songwriter Elvis Costello with keyboardist Steve Nieve, drummer Pete Thomas and bassist Davey Faragher. Their rock and pop catalogue includes The Delivery Man, Momofuku, Look Now and The Boy Named If, while their concerts also draw on songs such as “Alison,” “Watching the Detectives” and “Pump It Up.” Elvis Costello & The Imposters began touring in 2002 and became Costello’s principal electric band on the road. A 2019 North American co-headlining tour paired them with Blondie, followed in 2022 by The Boy Named If & Other Favourites. The 2023 North American tour We’re All Going on a Summer Holiday featured Nick Lowe & Los Straitjackets as special guests.
