Emmanuel & Mijares in Acapulco de Juárez

Emmanuel is a Mexican singer, born in Mexico City in 1955, whose repertoire centers on Latin pop, melodic song and romantic ballads. His best-known recordings include “La chica de humo,” “Quiero dormir cansado,” “Toda la vida” and “Insoportablemente bella,” while albums such as Íntimamente established the polished pop style associated with his career. The Two’r Amigos tour, launched with Mijares in 2013, developed into a long-running series of joint concerts built around both singers’ catalogs and their onstage duets. They have presented the show repeatedly at Auditorio Nacional and brought it to large venues including Arena Ciudad de México.
