Artist
Erdmöbel are a German indie-pop band formed in Münster in 1995. Their melodic, lyrically detailed catalogue includes the albums Altes Gasthaus Love, Krokus and Kung Fu Fighting, while their annual Christmas songs have become a distinctive part of their work. In 2008, the band represented North Rhine-Westphalia at the Bundesvision Song Contest with “Lied über gar nichts.” They also turned their Christmas repertoire into the recurring concert series Weihnachten mit Erdmöbel, performed as a full band and closely associated with Cologne’s Gloria-Theater.
