Father John Misty in Los Angeles

Father John Misty is the stage name of American singer-songwriter Josh Tillman, who began recording under the name in 2012 after playing drums in Fleet Foxes. His folk and indie-rock catalogue began with Fear Fun and includes I Love You, Honeybear and Pure Comedy, as well as songs such as “Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings,” “Chateau Lobby #4” and “Real Love Baby.” Father John Misty played Coachella in 2013, then appeared at Glastonbury in 2015 after the release of I Love You, Honeybear. In 2018 he performed an orchestral concert at the Hollywood Bowl accompanied by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
