Feine Sahne Fischfilet in Cottbus

Feine Sahne Fischfilet are a German punk band formed in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in 2004. Fronted by Jan “Monchi” Gorkow, they play politically charged punk rock with ska elements and are known for albums including Scheitern und Verstehen, Sturm & Dreck and Alles glänzt, as well as songs such as “Komplett im Arsch” and “Zuhause”. The Alles auf Rausch tour took the band through large clubs and concert halls in 2018. In 2023, the Komm mit aufs Boot tour moved into open-air venues and included a headline concert at Berlin’s Parkbühne Wuhlheide. Feine Sahne Fischfilet have performed at Rock am Ring and Hurricane. The band also established Wasted in Jarmen, a recurring festival in its home region.

Dritte Wahl are a German punk rock band formed in Rostock in 1988. Their direct, politically minded songs place them firmly in the Deutschpunk tradition; key records include Fasching in Bonn, Nimm drei, Meer aus Farben and 3D, while “Auge um Auge” and “Fliegen” are among their best-known songs. Dritte Wahl’s long-running Christmas concerts in their hometown established an annual live tradition, and the band marked its 30th anniversary at Stadthalle Rostock in 2018. Its touring history also includes club shows across German-speaking Europe and appearances at Ruhrpott Rodeo and Wacken Open Air.
