Ferrugem & Turma do Pagode in São Paulo

Ferrugem is a Brazilian singer and songwriter from Rio de Janeiro who performs samba and romantic pagode. Born Jheison Failde de Souza, he became known through the album Climatizar and songs including “Pirata e Tesouro,” “Pra Você Acreditar” and “Até que Enfim.” The live audiovisual project Prazer, Eu Sou Ferrugem included guest appearances by Péricles and Ludmilla. Chão de Estrelas followed as another live release, while Ferrugem 10 Anos later marked his recording anniversary with a performance at Farmasi Arena.

Turma do Pagode is a Brazilian group formed in São Paulo in 1994, known for samba-rooted pagode and songs including “Lancinho,” “Camisa 10” and “Deixa em Off.” Albums such as O Som das Multidões and Mania do Brasil helped establish its repertoire of romantic songs and dance-oriented samba. The group recorded O Som das Multidões as a live concert project before returning to the format for XV Anos Ao Vivo. It later built Misturadin around live medleys drawn from its own catalogue and the wider pagode songbook.
