About Fiction Plane
Fiction Plane are a mostly British alternative pop-rock band formed in London in 1999. Originally called Santa’s Boyfriend, the group was founded by singer, bassist and songwriter Joe Sumner with Dan Brown; guitarist Seton Daunt joined later. Their albums include Everything Will Never Be OK, Left Side of the Brain, Sparks and Mondo Lumina.
Fiction Plane appeared at Glastonbury Festival in 2002, 2004 and 2010. During 2007, between the second and third of those appearances, the band opened for the Police across North America, the UK and Europe and performed at Virgin Festival in Baltimore.
