Artist
Filter is an American industrial and alternative rock band formed in Cleveland in 1993 by Richard Patrick and Brian Liesegang. The band became known through the album Short Bus and the song “Hey Man Nice Shot,” followed by Title of Record and its singles “Take a Picture” and “Welcome to the Fold.” In 1999, Filter performed at Woodstock '99 before joining the Family Values Tour. The band later toured with Everclear, Live and Sponge on the 2012 Summerland Tour, then supported Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper on the 2023 Freaks on Parade Tour alongside Ministry. The band has played extensively in the United States and has also taken its tours to the United Kingdom, Germany and the Czech Republic.
