Five For Fighting in Natick

Five for Fighting is the recording name of American singer-songwriter John Ondrasik, a Los Angeles native who writes piano-led pop rock. The project is best known for “Superman (It’s Not Easy),” “100 Years” and “The Riddle,” as well as the albums America Town and The Battle for Everything. In 2001, Five for Fighting performed “Superman (It’s Not Easy)” at The Concert for New York City at Madison Square Garden. Later theater tours presented the songs in full-band and string-quartet arrangements; in the quartet format, John Ondrasik sings and plays piano or guitar with four string players.
