Artist
Fjarill is a Hamburg-based folk-pop duo formed by Swedish singer and pianist Aino Löwenmark and South African violinist Hanmari Spiegel. Their multilingual songwriting draws on Swedish and Afrikaans lyrics, and their catalogue includes the albums Stark, Pilgrim and Tiden. The duo documented a concert at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg on Live aus dem Hamburger Schauspielhaus. Their performances are built around Löwenmark’s piano and voice and Spiegel’s violin and voice, the compact format heard at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus.
