Frédéric François in Mâcon

Frédéric François is an Italian-born Belgian singer of French-language chanson and romantic pop. Born Francesco Barracato in Sicily in 1950 and raised in Belgium, he is known for songs including “Je t’aime à l’italienne,” “Mon cœur te dit je t’aime,” “Chicago” and “Je voudrais dormir près de toi.” Frédéric François has returned to the Olympia in Paris for concert runs over several decades. He has also taken his French-language repertoire into Belgian arenas, including Forest National in Brussels.
