About Gabriels

Gabriels are an American-British soul trio formed in Los Angeles in 2016 by singer Jacob Lusk, director Ryan Hope and composer Ari Balouzian. Their music draws on gospel, R&B and orchestral soul, led by Lusk’s falsetto on songs including “Love and Hate in a Different Time” and “Blame.” The debut album Angels & Queens was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

Gabriels headlined KOKO in 2022 and joined Harry Styles for a Love On Tour show at Wembley Stadium in 2023. That summer, the trio presented its own outdoor concert as part of the Somerset House Summer Series.

The group performed at Glastonbury in 2022 and appeared at Coachella in 2023.
