Gaia is an Italian singer-songwriter of Brazilian heritage whose pop music carries electronic production, Latin rhythms and lyrics in Italian and Portuguese. She finished second on X Factor in 2016 and won Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2020. Her best-known releases include “Chega,” the album Genesi and the Sanremo entry “Cuore amaro.” In 2017, Gaia opened concerts on Giorgia’s Oronero Tour, gaining early experience on major Italian stages. Four years later, she performed “Cuore amaro” at Teatro Ariston while competing at the Sanremo Music Festival.
