Artist
Giovanni Lindo Ferretti is an Italian singer-songwriter, composer and author, born in 1953 in Cerreto Alpi in the province of Reggio Emilia. After meeting guitarist Massimo Zamboni in East Berlin, he co-founded the punk band CCCP - Fedeli alla linea in 1982. He later co-founded Consorzio Suonatori Indipendenti and led Per Grazia Ricevuta; his solo and collaborative releases include Co.Dex, Litania with Ambrogio Sparagna and Saga. Il canto dei canti. The 2011 A cuor contento tour brought together material from CCCP - Fedeli alla linea, Consorzio Suonatori Indipendenti, Per Grazia Ricevuta and his solo projects. Recordings from those performances supplied much of the live album A cuor contento.
