Giovannie and the Hired Guns in Louisville

Giovannie and the Hired Guns is an American band formed in Stephenville, Texas, in 2015. Led by singer Giovannie Yanez, the group plays country rock with punk energy and Tejano rhythms. Its best-known song, “Ramon Ayala,” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and appears on the album Tejano Punk Boyz; the band’s catalog also includes Bad Habits. The band spent its early years playing bars and clubs across Texas. Its concerts feature Yanez backed by a full electric band, and the success of “Ramon Ayala” led to appearances on U.S. rock-festival stages. Giovannie and the Hired Guns has performed at Welcome to Rockville in Daytona Beach and Louder Than Life in Louisville.

Austin Meade is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Texas who plays country rock and alt-country with a hard-rock edge. He is known for the albums Waves, Black Sheep and Abstract Art of an Unstable Mind, as well as songs including “Happier Alone,” recorded with Koe Wetzel, and “Cave In.” Austin Meade has played Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth with his touring band, while his festival appearances have included Born & Raised and Rocklahoma in Pryor.
