Glen Templeton in Royse City

Glen Templeton is an American country singer from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose music also draws on Southern rock. He became known for portraying Conway Twitty in a stage production authorized by Twitty’s family and for songs including “Ball Cap,” “I Could Be the One” and “Let Her Go.” Conway Twitty: The Man, The Music, The Legend gave Templeton an early touring showcase built around Twitty’s songbook. He later performed his own material on concert dates opening for country performers including George Jones and Loretta Lynn.
