Go West in Aalborg

Go West are an English pop duo formed in London in 1982 by singer Peter Cox and guitarist Richard Drummie. Their polished pop and blue-eyed soul first found an audience through “We Close Our Eyes” and “Call Me,” while “The King of Wishful Thinking” appeared on the Pretty Woman soundtrack. Their catalogue also includes the albums Go West and Indian Summer and the single “Faithful.” Go West performed on the Here and Now arena tours, presenting their 1980s and early-1990s catalogue to UK audiences. Peter Cox and Richard Drummie have since toured British theatres under the duo’s name and performed at outdoor revival events including Rewind Festival.
