Artist
Goitse is an Irish traditional music quintet formed in 2007 by students at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in Limerick. Fiddle, accordion, banjo, guitar and bodhrán shape its sound, joined by vocals and original compositions. Its albums include Transformed, Tall Tales, Inspired by Chance and Rosc. Goitse has toured theatres, arts centres and folk festivals across Europe, North America and Australia. The band has performed at Celtic Connections in Glasgow and Milwaukee Irish Fest.
