Good Lovelies in Toronto

Good Lovelies are a Canadian folk and roots trio formed in Toronto in 2006 by Caroline Brooks, Kerri Ough and Susan Passmore. Their close three-part harmonies and acoustic country, swing and pop arrangements feature across albums including Good Lovelies, Under the Mistletoe, Burn the Plan and Shapeshifters. The self-titled record won the Juno Award for Roots & Traditional Album of the Year: Group. Their first concert took place at Toronto’s Gladstone Hotel in 2006, and seasonal performances developed into an annual Christmas tour. A decade later, Good Lovelies celebrated their tenth anniversary at Massey Hall. They have also performed at Ontario’s Mariposa Folk Festival and the Calgary Folk Music Festival.
