Great Lake Swimmers in Ann Arbor

Great Lake Swimmers are a Canadian indie-folk band formed in Toronto in 2003 and led by singer-songwriter Tony Dekker. Their acoustic folk-rock is represented by albums including Ongiara, Lost Channels and New Wild Everywhere, while “Your Rocky Spine” and “Pulling on a Line” are among their best-known songs. A 2007 performance at Toronto’s Church of the Redeemer was documented as Live at the Redeemer 2007. They later toured material from Ongiara and Lost Channels through North America and Europe, playing clubs, theatres and festivals; their Toronto concert history also includes Massey Hall.
