Greentea Peng is the stage name of British singer-songwriter Aria Wells, a London artist whose music centres on psychedelic soul and alternative R&B, with reggae, dub and hip-hop elements. Her early releases included the EPs Sensi and Rising, followed by the debut album Man Made. “Moonchild,” “Hu Man” and “Nah It Ain’t the Same” are among her best-known songs. In 2021, Greentea Peng recorded a Tiny Desk (home) concert for NPR, performing material from her first two EPs and Man Made with a live band. In 2022, she took that band-led set to the West Holts Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
