Greg Koch & Koch Marshall Trio in Westland

Greg Koch is an American guitarist, born in Milwaukee in 1966, whose music draws on blues, rock, country and jazz. He is known for his instructional work with Fender, his widely viewed Wildwood Guitars demonstrations and recordings including Toby Arrives and From the Up’Nuh. As a Fender clinician, Greg Koch spent years performing at guitar clinics and industry events, including the NAMM Show in Anaheim. He later formed Koch Marshall Trio, taking the organ-led group to clubs, theatres and festivals in the United States and Europe. Its concert lineup pairs his guitar with Hammond organist Toby Lee Marshall and drummer Dylan Koch.

Koch Marshall Trio is an American instrumental organ trio led by guitarist Greg Koch, with Toby Lee Marshall on Hammond organ and Dylan Koch on drums. The group plays blues, funk, jazz, gospel and hard rock, and is known for the albums Toby Arrives and Orange Roominations. Koch Marshall Trio has toured clubs in North America and Europe as a three-piece built around electric guitar, Hammond organ and drums. The group’s concert at Toronto’s El Mocambo was documented on Live at the El Mocambo, capturing the interplay among Greg Koch, Toby Lee Marshall and Dylan Koch.
