Gregg Karukas in Annapolis

Gregg Karukas is an American pianist, keyboardist and composer whose music sits in smooth and contemporary jazz. His catalogue includes the albums Summerhouse, Looking Up and Soul Secrets, as well as the frequently performed tracks “Nightshift” and “Girl in the Red Dress.” Early in his Los Angeles career, Gregg Karukas toured with Melissa Manchester and performed as an original member of the Rippingtons. He later brought his own repertoire to jazz clubs and festivals, including the Java Jazz Festival and the Catalina Island JazzTrax Festival.
