Gun are a Scottish hard-rock band formed in Glasgow in 1987 by brothers Dante and Giuliano Gizzi. Their best-known records include the albums Taking on the World, Gallus and Swagger, as well as the songs “Better Days,” “Steal Your Fire” and their cover of Cameo’s “Word Up.” Gun supported the Rolling Stones on the 1990 Urban Jungle Tour, including a performance at Wembley Stadium. After splitting in 1997, the band reunited in 2008, resumed touring and performed at Download Festival in 2009.
